To ensure each client receives the best possible experience, please review the policies below: Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and is applied toward your total balance at the time of service. Cancellations & Rescheduling I completely understand that life happens. However, to respect both my time and the preparation that goes into each service, I kindly ask that any cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
